Auto Sync User Data and Contact Data: This option lets you automatically synchronize your WordPress User data with CRM. Enabling this option with update contact properties automatically when there is a change in any WordPress user meta values. Also, you can choose to delete the CRM contact associated with the WordPress contact when it is deleted from WordPress.

User Signup Optin Settings: By enabling this option, you can automatically add your new WordPress user signups as subscribers in FCRM. Whenever a user signed up to your website they will be imported automatically as a subscriber in CRM.

  • Assign List: Assign the contacts to your particular contact List.
  • Assign Tags: Assign the contacts to your particular contact Tags.
  • Double Opt-in: Enable double Opt-in email for the contacts.

WP User Role Based Tag Mapping: This option lets you add or remove tags to contacts whenever a user’s role changes in WordPress. For that, enable the option and choose which tags you want to add or remove when a user gets a new role in WordPress. Below, we’ve shown how to add tags when they get AdministratorEditor, or Author Role.

Comment Form Subscription Settings: Automatically add your site commenter as subscriber in CRM by adding a checkbox after the comment box.

  • Checkbox Label: Give your label for the checkbox.
  • Assign List: Assign the contacts to your particular contact List.
  • Assign Tags: Assign the contacts to your particular contact Tags.
  • Auto Checked: Enable the checkbox automatically for the commenter.
  • Do not show Checkbox: Hide the checkbox for the commenter if he is already added in the CRM contact list.
  • Double Opt-in: Enable double Opt-in email from the contacts.

eCommerce Checkout Subscription Field: Now, you can add a subscription box to the eCommerce checkout form. Whenever a user places an order from eCommerce, they will be imported automatically as a subscriber in CRM.
