CRM now comes with another amazing feature! Where you can implement Conditional Content Blocks in order to personalize Emails. When you need to send some specific details to a certain group of customers, conditional content blocks can be used. Only one email with information relevant to each of your customers need to be designed.

To apply this feature, first you have to create an email template. To do so, go to your CRM’s dashboard and click on Email Templates from the Email Campaigns option.

Then click on Create New Template or you can also use an existing template. Then add a Template Title, Email Subject Email Pre-Header. You can also choose the Email Body Type. In this example, the email template is named as ‘Christmas Campaign’.

In the email body, you can first add any necessary text. Then, click on Add Block and select the Conditional Section block from there.

In this section, you can add a suitable text and then choose the Condition Type from the Block Settings. It can be either Show IF in selected tag or Show IF not in selected tag. Then you can select your specific tags using the Select Targeted Tags.

After you’re done setting up your email template, make sure to click the Save Template button. Now, when you go to the Email Campaigns and click on the campaign of your targeted audience. And when you select a particular email recipient, you’ll see that only the details specified to them will be visible in that email. Look at the example given below to get a better idea.
